WAS: Integral solutions of Aluminium
World Aluminium Systems is a company that imports and distributes Aluminium solutions for doors, windows and other construction materials. I developed this Website during the first half of 2017.
Built a simple product showcase Website for this company on Java EE by migrating its original prototype made on WordPress. The company required a flexible Website that allowed for their managers to add and modify their products displayed on the Website and that the displayed products and overall look of the Website adhere to their Designer’s guidelines about the corporate image.
The site was built with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by implementing Structured Data besides well made descriptive meta tags and overall good use of best practices for SEO. The Google Analytics service was also integrated into the website.
The Experience
This was a fun Website to build, where I got to apply most of my experience in this kind of projects which would yield fast results in the development process. I also got the chance to work directly with the Designer, Sales and Marketing teams of this company.
Achievements
- Successfully migrated a design made to work in a WordPress framework to Java EE’s PrimeFaces framework.
